The WJS pond is a firm favourite with teachers and children. There is an abundance of wildlife in the pond area. Pond skaters, stickleback fish, dragonflies and the amazing endangered newts to name just a few. We can watch the life cycle of a frog in its natural habitat. Next to the pond is our outdoor classroom complete with pond dipping equipment and a comfy place to sit and start your journey as a botanist.
